Despite ups & down in the business environment, the company is standing on its feet and able to pay salary & wages to around 2000 employees/workers, makes it a fairly good company. Yes, there are job cuts and pay cuts due to challenges being faced by the entire world. However, our company had been able to pay, though reduced salary, regularly to its employees. Now, gradually the business environment is opening up and process of rolling back the salaries have began.

I like the attitude of management / owners regarding personal and professional both. Teammates and colleagues are supportive. Office timings are flexible. Technical team is there to support you.

...lture is not as it should be. Company polices are flexible for person to person. No additional benefits other than salary.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am proud of that I am associated with Alps Industries Ltd. Here working culture is very cordial and harmonial. It is a very nice company for learning.

Compensation is nice, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is some time very high. sometimes I have to work 12-16 hour straight in days. there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes. Appraisals time are not fix in a year. every year appraisals timing - 1.5 year and 2 year after. No arrears, No Bonus , Nothing special for Diwali Festival.

Working with alps industries is a very good experiance for me. Learns a lot from there staff and everyone is so supporting throughout my training time.

Dislikes

Carrier growth opportunity are slight less...they are not working on changing the things as per latest technology.
