1. Original certificates were kept on hold during job period. 2.Last month's salary was not paid inspite of putting resignation 2 months earlier. 3. Very poor communication inside organization. 4.Principal is a puppet and every thing depends on Chairman who do not entertain communication from Non Telengana based teacher. 5. No free education for staff child. 6.No leave encashment. 7. No accommodation for outsider teacher and less amount of HRA. 8. Too much partiality for Telenagana based teacher. 9.. No place for examination seating as more than 43 students in each class. 10.Outsider teacher condition who are not from Telengana is pathetic. 11. No new teaching method only IIT business. 12. No smart board. 13. Any teacher takes any subject any time. I request outside state teacher to not make their life hell for sake of money here. This is Hell.

1.MGT keeps original certificates of teacher in their custode as attrition rate is very high. They will not tell this till you come for joining with all your belongings. Moreover they will not give any receiving paper to you so you will have no proof that your certificates have been kept in school custody. 2.Last month salary was not paid and it was withhold without informing after working properly full month. After giving resignation for before 2 month, last month salary was not paid. 3.You will have to sign a agreement (not on stamp paper) for working at least 1 year as outsider teacher has no satisfaction and they leaves any time and no agreement copy will be given. 4.Teachers are threatened to work for 1 year in spite of dissatisfaction as their original certificates will not be given back before 1 year. 5.Infrastructure is very poor and unhygienic . 6. Extreme partiality to a section of teachers from Telangana. 7. Poor communication inside organization. 8. Local teachers are scared of mgt and cannot go against their wrong doing. 9.School is having more than 43 students in each class. 10. They do not give summer vacation salary. 11. They calls on Sundays and is not paying a single cl or ant amount for this. 12. School will not help in finding accommodation for outsider teacher. 13. This school mgt from Telengana has taken this premises on rent in time of corona and most of the teachers are from Telengana and those teachers are only getting undue advantages from managament. 14. There is no power of Principal and for any case Principal tells to communicate with chairman who resides in Karimnagar Telengana and he does not pick up phone and gives no answer to queries. A kind request to teachers specially from distant places or from outside states : This is a living hell !Do not join this organization. I do not know how CBSE is continuing this school's affiliation. This school maintain duplicate registers and duplicate documents for teachers. In one attendance register they maintain proper leaves and holidays for teachers and in other they do not.
