its just like ur working what ever they say like out of nowhere they give some other task and tell us to complete it by the end of the day Atlast if u want to know how does nepotism works u can come and work here

-No work life balance -Give priorities to their relatives -If you have done any single mistake they will make it big while if their relatives did then fine no issues. They'll try to cover up. -There is no hierarchy between senior and Junior. New joinee can be the senior with less knowledge and peoples are having experience they'll treat as juniors. -Work is like 12 hrs. They'll give unexpected targets if you unable to do so then they'll tell to stay whole day and night but complete and leave. -Leave they won't allow. -No learnings nothing only data punching. -There is no coordination between manager employees. -Treating wfh employees like animals. -If you are good with team leader like you are a boy they'll give so much priority. -And belonging from there region also they'll give priority like you are from there native. -Honestly there is no learning.. Simply data entry kind of job.. You need to see the data extraction that's it. -weekends and holidays they'll tell to work. Mostly all weekends..

No value for employees No work life balance No respect or care as an individual Everyone looks tired Management is not good, they are not ready to listen to employees. Even if they listen they are not ready to do anything unless they have it in mind. All employees are not treated equally. Being sick is considered guilty.
