They do not promote learning and development, certifications sponsorships. Salary hike is worst like 3% - 5%. Poor Medical insurance i.e. 5 Lakhs. No Top Up facility, 20% Co-Pay. Job Security is also not great. They wiped out complete ETL team recently.

Alphasense is a good company from technology and growth point of view. Salary is good as per current market condition. Work from home. You will get promotions and other opportunities if you are relative or friend of manager.

Nepotism is increasing every year. No respect for diversity. Team meetings happening in Marathi. More personal less professional.

The company overall is good but the department I am in is very toxic. HR puts a blind eye to the toxic, inhumane, unjust, unfair and erratic behaviour we face on a daily basis. Almost everyone in the team shared their issues and has complained about it. Everyone knows what is happening but nothing's changed. So you know the kind of culture we have here.

Dislikes

Managers compare themselves to Musk and Bezos, but in reality they have no vision and lack basic managerial skills. This is a fact! Their bad decisions will lead to our downfall. Better do a research about the team you are joining and then make an informed decision.

Nothing to like. Extremely disappointing company. They will talk sweet until you join and once you join they will show their true colours. They are hiring people from Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon on higher salaries and firing them within month or two by giving reason of performance. Who does that? What performance and employee can show within a month or two.

Dislikes

HR policies are age old and no one shows interest in taking correct decision at the right time. Additionally, there is a cold war between India Vs US. Though these are two different countries, it should be understood that everyone is working for the betterment of the company and therefore there shouldn't be such cold wars. HR team is extremely toxic, specially senior people. Altogether a big red flag.

One of the best companies to work for. Benefits: Insurance provided by company for self and family. First friday of every month is half day. Great learning path for QA

Dislikes

Hardworking employees get the work from others' plate too. But that is case for every other company.
