...IMS. The job security is high here and will learn many things for career growth. The salary apparaisal will be yearly with a minimum of 10 percent. We have 5 vehicles for the transportation from different routes. We have alternate Saturdays and every shnday holidays which will make life work balance equal.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of the team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, i get to travel abroad especially to Canada and New Zealand

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work preasure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as i have to do in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time i do recieve appreciation but they mostly unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also there is no on-job trainings for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Its not about the organization, its about the friends i made there. So the credit goes to me rather than the organization. Coming to covid lockdown they have provided (only to Regulatory affairs dept and to some computer work based employees ) work from home option.

Real talent and genuine efforts won't get recognized. They give promotions and hikes to overacting people.

All over organisation is excellent but when coming to the society or the individuals there should be some strict rules those who behave unethically with girls or boys but not to the one who take a stand towards the mistake and raise their voice on Behalf of the society

It is good as a company. But people like mohanlal make it worse.

Manager Mohanlal. Old minded, attention seeking, old school manager who expects a boss hood response from employees which made my career growth static.
