Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The promoter Mr Gandhi is a gem of a human being and though it is practically family owned and run business but treats all the employees as his family member. Haven't seen many like him.

There is none that I can think of.

Unless you are a hypocrite and a yes man, you can't survive. Leave your self respect, then you would be a success.

I could not progress, despite breaking all records, b'coz I believe in hard work and cannot be a yes sir , three bags full. It's a partnership company, no ambition or one's efficiency can exist and thrive...Join if you want, at your risk n peril....
