Not like to working in Alpha because there is no job security, not any emp policy and benefits, there is lots of politics in company culture.. There is use and throw culture for candidate prospects.. Candidate not learn from company, company learn from candidate till use and then throw candidates or remove from organisation

Dislikes

Internal politics, company learn from candidate, use candidate for market capture and then harrase to candidate and forcefull remove from organisation. Not any job security in Alpha. There is not any security to female candidate.
