HR has always helped me during my tenure be it the onboarding, be it the salary confusion queries, be it fnf. Seema maam have always helped me. In fact in providing the salary slips post resignation, she gave it to me within 2 hours. Great.

Work life balance. Considerate collegues.

Dislikes

Overlapping roles and responsibilities. No trainings and skill upgradation. Just keep following the instructions without asking questions. Not allowed to use your brain and creativity. No interaction with cross functional members. Favoritism approach on case to case basis. No concept of policies and good practices.

Titular HR, no independence. Many a times arbitrary and prejudicial policies so far as interst of employees are concerned. Management never discuss its vision, goals, hurdles etc. With its employees, so mis-alignment in company's goal and employees goal, leading to lack of sense of belongingness between the company and its employees. In hard times of COVID pandemic instead of supporting its employees who came to office and deliver and despite company enjoying tremandous sales, withhold 50% salary representing to revert the same later, but later on company armtwist its employees to sign letter accepting 50% salary as their actual salary, but forcefully withholding their subsequent salaries.

Being a real estate company , IT definitely offers you work life balance . Senior management gives you a chance to explore and experiment in a given budget .

Dislikes

Monetary benefits, increments are not happening .

Nothing. I would suggest to think twice before joining in this organisation.from Outside u see something else & inside its a complete different story.

Pathetic work experience in my entire 8 year's of career. Nothing to learn & poor management facility.
