...work environment chaotic. I personally wouldn't recommend joining this team. 2. Pay is quite low compared to workload, bonus is discretionary often based on manager relationships rather than performance 3. There is hierarchy even if they call it flat organization. Management lacks respect for employees, would be fair to call them the exploitative powerhouse. Employees are treated as mere resources rather than as valued team members. 4. Salary payout and HR ops service is pathetic
