Earier in this comapany, I sturggled to maintain a healty work life balance. Demanded long hours, including evenings and weekends. They failed to provide clear guidance, feedback leaving employees to face challenges on thier own. I am not alone in my experience, as many colleagues faces the similar challenges. But now management have changed and now company prioritizes on work-life balance, encourages open communication offering flexible working hours making it a great place to work.
