Earlier It was unable to maintain a healty work life balance. Demanded long hours, including evenings and weekends. They failed to provide clear guidance, feedback leaving employees to face challenges on thier own. Worst behaviour by previous management that too only one person. But now management have changed and now company prioritizes on work-life balance, encourages open communication offering flexible working hours making it a great place to work.
