When I started my job over here it was good I heard many negative things about alp. But then too I joined and started my job Trust me their is a nothing to like working at alp. I got good colleagues that’s it nothing else.

Alp doesn’t understand person’s condition in what condition he is we all work for salary and if that only you don’t get then what you will do that to two months how you will manage. When you contact to HR for the same so some times she on leave or sometimes she don’t answer the call. Literally you will think beggar yourself that we have to beg for our salary also and when they answer the call they ask to contact so n so person. Their is a lots of Politics also you will not come to know what is happen behind you. It is like a Grocery Shop.

There is no team work all work for there personal growth specially managers who r there form 15years and no support only they dnt have knowledge still they act like know everything not ready to accept new ideas lot of politics

Overall experience good but work life balance is very tough as there is both field work and online works and as per work pressure increment is not at per.

Except office infrastructure, and few good colleagues nothing else.

Everything, right from their work culture to the micro management what they do, the managers should really learn and develop some managerial skills

It is a good chance for the beginner to learn about recruitment.

Dislikes

We won’t have Job security in this company, we’ll be fired from the company for silly reason. Coming to salary, it is too less.(less then 10K)
