When I started my job over here it was good I heard many negative things about alp. But then too I joined and started my job Trust me their is a nothing to like working at alp. I got good colleagues that’s it nothing else.

Alp doesn’t understand person’s condition in what condition he is we all work for salary and if that only you don’t get then what you will do that to two months how you will manage. When you contact to HR for the same so some times she on leave or sometimes she don’t answer the call. Literally you will think beggar yourself that we have to beg for our salary also and when they answer the call they ask to contact so n so person. Their is a lots of Politics also you will not come to know what is happen behind you. It is like a Grocery Shop.

Working at Alp has been a good experience & opportunity for me! the respect among the employees is great aspect, and I feel like contributions matter.The company also recognizes hard work through appreciation emails or rewards, which motivates us to perform better. There are times when feedback could be better, but overall it is good experience for me.

I Love how ALP consulting encourages us to learn and grow in our roles. Management is supportive, and i feel motivated every day because of the positive energy in office. They also provide clear career paths , so we know the steps to taker for growth. This clarity makes me feel confident about my future here.

I really the culture at Alp company everyone works together as a team, and we have fun while doing our jobs. Occasionally, deadlines can be tight, but thats ok. Job satisfaction is there and work life balance is good.

The cafeteria can be more better with snacks counter and coffee vending machine

There is no team work all work for there personal growth specially managers who r there form 15years and no support only they dnt have knowledge still they act like know everything not ready to accept new ideas lot of politics
