The Alok Industries Ltd T.T. DIV Has got good working culture and cares their employees as their asset, and find always there is to innovate and adopt latest techniques, bring their employees potential and utilize for the growth of the company.

According to me in some area the growth is absolute,salary is being delayed, where our commitments are fails due to non availability of fund.

... Good infrastructure. Very nice food served in the lunch, in all level category. On time salary. If we are sincere and dedicated employee we can get reward, without fail.
