No Variable pay, No increment, after on boarding no one cares about you, they arrange monthly connect call, which is one way, no further discussion on the issues which reported.

...ent without investigating the matter. For them their employees are expandable. Attractive salary package is the only tool they use to fill their in-house positions. So if you are probably thinking to join this company, irrespective of what-so-ever position offered, let me inform you my friend, "AT YOUR OWN RISK". You're also going to fall under the same expandable category. Some other dislikes: - Very poor infrastructure - Non-Flexible rules and hours - No munching allowed at the desk - Severe internal politics - No open door policy system - Unwanted IT dept. interference in daily operations - Employee's opinions are not entertained in the decision making. etc. etc. etc.

Worst company. Please don't join they will remove you straight away when project ends. They earn huge dollars from you once you are out of project they will not keep you for one day also.

Worst company straight away reject the offer and don't join.

Management is good, no micro-management. Took initiative for activities on a regular basis apart from monthly celebration and fun Friday. Constantly invest in their office infrastructure.

No increment in last 2 years in entire company.

The best thing about the company is they are very supportive, they help you not only in company matter but your personal matters too. They have separate team with whom you can connect whenever you are not feeling well and they come up with a great decision.

Dislikes

Disliking thing is that , there is no coordination between the one and the other teams, I wish this could be possible because it will definitely affect the organization in the long run. Sometimes I feel like are we working in the same organization. I know everybody is working on different clients but we need toh coordinate with each other so that we can learn new things about the market and the clients by our own.
