They not checking about individual qualifications for promotions,only 2 off day for employees,Plate washing also for cook duty..No steward providing

Staff is very Supportive, you will learn alot depending on your ability. on time salary, Good accomodation, average food in canteen. Other benefits are good. But work and life balance is poor. No great enjoyment unless you stay in city side. Overall its great company.

Food is worst. Salary structure is less than other companies.
