Worst organization I have ever worked. Worst management. Worst appraisal they will suck all our blood, health condition and give nothing no increment no incentive no OT allowance etc. But working hrs 13hrs

Since it is a startup, with a new project of 80+ users, there is a huge scope of growth.

But logical thinking, when it comes to management is missing. Also the policies keep changing without prior notification from person to person. More importantly, job security would be consern. Nearly 80% of the first batch of employees has resigned or terminated. When an employee is terminated, they don't ask the reason or explanation. The decision would be already taken and it would enforced. Since it's the first time, they are handling a big client, they are not aware of how to manage a big crowd. In order to get the work done, they make multiple promises and once the work is done, they come up with reasons for not able to keep up the promise.

Everyone is guided here to move in the right direction. Definitely Blessed to work in this organisation with good People. Again our previous experience days will certainly appear here. Everyone trusts us and it is our duty to perform it Perfectly. Thank to Team Allysmart.
