My job is doing run the cash counter, daily cash verification and submitted to accounts department, doing all mode of bills, estimate patient IP bill and going outstanding and verify all cash patients medical equipments and ip bill estimate and giving counseling and motivated to payment paying purpose. Giving admissions prepare discharges clearing IP bills and discharges to patients like all credits and cash cases...etc management is very helpful to us very Co operative good management and good staff

Dislikes

No growing, no minimum courtesy, very low salaries.some management maintenance is very poor.

Well nothing is worthwhile for a person who wishes to work.

Dislikes

Not a place where you expect to grow. Management doesn't take care about the people who work. Lot of toxicity, very poor work ethics and culture. Above that you are constantly pestered by people who have no experience in medical profession.

I like director madam and ceo sir they understand everything I miss asram hospital

Main reason is the person who work for the organization they will not at all likes to the management that is coo and another person asha she doesn't know the system of working she is one of the selfish person suvarna she is the backstab person coo can't understand employee problem ethics morals and emotion s.he likes only the person s who thinks about themselves.

i like my organisasion mailnly timings and my superiors and my friends. Mostly i like my work satisfaction to service for patients.

no career growth and salaries growth in my hospital thats why i dislike this one only.
