...ill face problems . Every Sunday factory works so forget about weekend holidays. 6 (also 11 sometimes)months of probations and your salary gets deducted if you take even one day leave(SL/PL).Job security is zero, and it will end up with one lady. Be Careful with you PF amount they may not pay if you don't ask them. Ask the printed offer letter with all clauses before joining . they usually do not give and later you get surprise .

This is pure Lala Company , there is no any HR ethic in the plant. There is no any Job security, No statutory compliance etc No full & final settlement while leaving, No notice period to serve, At any time company can terminate without notice . If required by the company, company asking for notice period where as if company will keep it out, company is not paying notice period. No service rules, labours are manipulating severity.

Request to all not to join this type of company be my 24 years experiences is telling about the climate of the company . This is not a company. This is a shop .
