Working in allied electrical services was a great opportunity because the owner of the company is very much experience d in the field of electrical and electronics of offset printing machinery and as a result working with him was a great learning experience .

Dislikes

Salary was not good for Engineering background and stay also was not good .

Likes

It is a great starter company. Initial salaries are low but if you look past that, the experiences you'll gain will make a difference in your career advancements. You'll get opportunities of Panel development and commissioning for projects throughout India and even on international sites. But keep in mind that you'll have to do a lot of self learning as no one is going to spoon feed you.

Dislikes

There is a lack of Standard procedures and a systematic approach to projects. Often times you'll be working overtime as your project has gone out of scope because nobody accounted for a scope creep.
