Salary factor is big concern, Company make salary after2-3 month and who are depend on Salary can’t afford this as having home loan and other expenses.

Manager don't even know how to create roaster, always keep personal grudge against employees. If you don't have option then join this company.

There is no salary increase every year. The management will give it whenever it decides. Sometimes there is no salary increase for 2 years. If you ask HR, they say it will happen but actual reason they don't know when. Because the management will decide. No increment cycle.
