There is nothing to like on this organization. Only bad politics you can learn how to screw up employee etc.

.... They don't follow or don't have any process and work like a vegetable seller. No fix salary date so if you have any bank loan or home loan, 100% you will miss the EMI date and everytime you will be penalized by bank. This orgnization always treat their employees as their slave. No one will listen employee grivence or issue. No basic faceliets for an employee.( Organization don't provide water, and tea even) Everytime they plan how to deduct salaries of employees No weekly off has been mentioned on appointment letter. They are paying to purchase different good badges like recently they have purcahed a great place to work badge.

there is a huge scope to learn and the working environment is fine specially the Reporting Manager Mr. Partho Roy and the teammates I always get support from them.

Dislikes

I was working with Allied Digital Services in the year 2015 to 2016 there was salary and TA related problem as I had to do the field support job I have faced the problem a lot and that was the main reason to leave the company

Job Security- Ok, Career Growth- None, Salary- Not on time. Appraisal- Don't think of it

I worked with ADSL for 2hrs as full time. If you work on a good project then u get the salary at least timing. Usually, the salary not come properly. Also, Kolkata Regional has no capability to handle any project.

working ambiance is good, peer colleagues are also very comfortable to work. Growth over here is very high.

Dislikes

Salary delay is about 3 months, vendors don't get payment properly / on-time, hence managers maximum time passes to handle vendor management.

Request you all to read this. Worst management nobody bothered about to know why employees are leaving. No appraisal or Promotion. If you want to spoil your career then join this company. Manager don't even know how to create roaster, always keep personal grudge against employees. If you don't have option then join this company.
