No one,even management won't listen over request, too much work pressure but not enough sufficient salary Over 3 years worked they didn't hike salary , there was no ESI and PF There was no proper answer for everything

Good Working Atmosphere.Some Times Work Pressure is high.Some workers doesn't cooperate with me because of their Jealous and Misunderstanding.All of My Seniors are so cooperative.

Allianze BPO is the best place to work for various reasons. This is my tbird firm and i have truly enjoyed being associated with this company till date. The culture of the organization believes in valuing the employees and their hardwork in ways such as offering incentives, etc.

Dislikes

Office is located in Cochin Special Economic Zone, The authorities not giving much attention to the infrastructure.
