Company policies are good. Teammate are amezing and very helpfull also cafeteria is huge with good food. I was greatful to work with Allianz.

Political management, you will get a salary on time but not the same salary . Growth chances are not so good.

...unprofessional abusive ,they charge for parking also.😂Management threats you. Manager discuss your salary with other team mates. HR has no power. They do nothing if you complain. Uneducated people working at higher level😡 Nitin Narang he is the rotten fish.

Good company if you are a freshser. Salary on time. Flexiable shift timings. Work from home option is also available. Some good people who will guide you for your betterment.

There are few managers who blow one's own trumpet but I really feel thye were literally thrown out from their previous organizations. Good company, if you are a fresher and you will definately meet some good souls who are really willing to make a difference but sadly they get dominated by the toxic set of poeple who thinks they own the company but the truth is they know nothing and pretend to be the smartest people on the planet.
