Company policies are good. Teammate are amezing and very helpfull also cafeteria is huge with good food. I was greatful to work with Allianz.

Political management, you will get a salary on time but not the same salary . Growth chances are not so good.

I have completed 3 years in Alliance Worldwide Partners and the best point are The work culture is great Continuous trading to keep you up skilled and ahead of curve

Work life balance, flexible working hours, day shifts, good learning environment, managers are good polite and humble and supportive..

Low salary, very low annual increment and promotion increment, less parking facility, work allocation

Good company if you are a freshser. Salary on time. Flexiable shift timings. Work from home option is also available. Some good people who will guide you for your betterment.

There are few managers who blow one's own trumpet but I really feel thye were literally thrown out from their previous organizations. Good company, if you are a fresher and you will definately meet some good souls who are really willing to make a difference but sadly they get dominated by the toxic set of poeple who thinks they own the company but the truth is they know nothing and pretend to be the smartest people on the planet.
