Work pressure are not high , but all time claim and customer calling is very much. And uper hand not supported some times. Company growth as well as not bad, but some decision of business not so good.

Work life balnce is really good .paysclaes are as per market standards office is in nice location. Good compony to work with for. Hybrid working and a lot of leaves you will not get stressed here work load is average even you have the mostest work in your team.

So much internal politics in the ground level I suggest you to don't be involved in it. Need to learn things yourself. no such professional traning will be given. Equality will not be served if you wil not stand for yourself you will continuously getting more and more work in the other hand people will enjoy free time. Totaly depand on your manager if you have a good connection with manager u will enjoy a lot.

One of the worst company where you will find biased people. Racism everywhere all over the whole floor. Sadly, you don't have the right to decide your choices for a global survey.

Our team manager (TL) including DTL, those people behaviour is not so good. We are not receiving much help from those people. That's only one thing which I dislike otherwise all good.

Overall its kind of a good experience. U had worked there for over 3 years. Work culture is good somewhere. Job security is great, they won't let you loose ur job so easily.

Dislikes

Few People are so much into delegation. They just want show them as they are the only one whose working. Also, people put blame on each other. Office politics is really very bad there. They dont have any particular rules for male employees.
