This is a dead end job. They have the worst management and direction. Only those people who are willing to bow infront of the bosses will survive and will be favoured for promotions. No matter how talented you are you can not grow here. You need to learn how to appease your bosses. That is the most important thing. The R&D wing is not secular also because of few people at top. Became of their mentality. You see all the above mentioned things will be there in all the organisation, where ever people are, just that we are little bit unprofessional lot, you will find these a lot here. There is no place for honestly or diligence if you can bow down forget you have fundamental right. Then you will thrive here. Folks if you agree with me please upvote

I really like the salary they provide for the employees and they way they organize events working in their organization.

Dislikes

The company has managers and team leads who show authority and superiority infront of everyone. There are too many grapevine communications going on.

You can get quarterly bonus if you are able to hit those really high targets by sacrificing your personal life on weekends and by doing back breaking hardwork

The R&D floor is an absolute mess. Lot of incompetent people have been made FR/memo reviews by their bosses. These people after becoming reviews make the drafters dance to their tune. No one can question them as it’s a very complicated and cumbersome process to check their quality. This leads to lot of mental pressure for drafters. The US management is least bothered about this. Anyways this doesn’t matter because this is a short lived organisation. Everyone on floor is searching for job all the time. Never join such a worthless place

Management is clueless and deliberately don't want to sort any issues related to company culture, work environment, hard and efficient workers. Leadership ignores the primary contributors and heralds the group of cliques so called people managers. Laid off multiple employees by conducting exams and passing the ones as per choice. No transparency.

Toxic culture US based Management is extremely partial Favouritism of another level No proper learning or skill development only stress on core values that too with manipulation
