Nothing is good over there other than salary and work life balance.

Dislikes

Mainly politics and unhealthy promotions. There is no process for getting promoted if you are good at doing politics u will be promoted. No Learning and development for the employee. HR is unresponsive to the politics made by management. Baised in terms of regions. No proper process for HR policies. To be improved alot. No Proper treatment have to be there for experienced heir.

This company will give you good bonus if you reach the quarterly target.

Dislikes

The targets are high the management is incompetent and there is no meritocracy. After working here for couple of months You will leave as a heart and mental health patient. They actual name of this company is Alliantgroup aka Alliant India Talent. There are various handles for this company this handle does now have all the real reviews I encourage you to do some secondary research even before applying. Taking from a point of experience

Dislikes

Very very poor management leading to suffering of all the lower level staff. The office is on UT & 1st floor otherwise people would start jumping from the windows if it was any higher. Previous the floor was good. But ever since the BS ERC manager are utting their head into R&D (without knowing the intricacies of the trade) the life on floor has become hell. 90% of the people are searching for better job company is going to collapse soon

The bonus and to some extent the hike we used to get.

Dislikes

The toxic work culture due to ineffective management whichh concerned about not managing but mismanagimg the workforce in turn effecting all the workers mental health. Management teats associates as tissues flushing them out whenever they want and blaming them only even when the Management is doing big mistake. Management is more concerned about how well one gets in the carpet rather than how well you work and give good results. Too much of chamchagiri is required to move up the ladder and no work achievement is recognized enough.

There is nothing to like. Especially in the TCS Team. They don't promote skill, they promote people who can praise them even if they do no work. They don't care if you are on your weekend or go on a holiday. They will find ways to make your life miserable. If you are not in their good books, they will pick each and every error you make, taunt you. But, if you are on good terms, they will make sure you get what you want even though your skills might be ZERO. The managers, director, team leads do not know what exactly they are working. They are just blindly following nothing. You can't learn anything here except for trauma and mental health going in drain. One should go through every review on Alliant and never join the company.

Dislikes

Like I said, Nothing to like. Their exams which are nothing sort of lowering your self esteem. They will make sure your confidence reaches to the ground level and you don't do anything significant in your weekends, except for holding on to the laptop.
