...as linked to our Chancellor there, due to which we got delayed monthly payments. Again corona struck, employees got 40% salary. Gradually they increased the amount, but at the end, when we were about report back we were asked for research outcome, for the duration of lockdown, when there were no research facility, even during normal situation also you won't get any, except a pc. Only thing they encourage is Ghost writing. Many who are straight, unable to adopt were removed from organization without any notice. Which costed many family livelihood for months. If your adventurous, coping up of dynamics, you can go ahead and join here

Very good Campus infra & d way its physical administratively managed. Good subsidised Breakfast & Daily complimentary Lunch for All Staff. Transport pick n drop facility. The ownership issues at the Top Management Level have led to decline of the institute over past years

...ution's head in Criminal Case was a Shocker as he is still in custody I heard. 4) almost 45 plus days delay in Salary during December 2019 & few months thereafter. & now Pay cut due to Covid have further added to.our miseries.

No Job Security, No Work Happy life, Only thing thy concern is work thy dont pay , no entertainment never think about employees, very poor poor management, 0 responsive HR system and Accounts dept, U cant get your salary on time forget it if u join Alliance (Thinking its brand its 0), No Pf No employee satisfaction at all, my worst decision in taking the opportunity, thy do politics.

The work environment was excellent. Work culture was good as well. Responsive and intelligent students. Friendly, helpful and approachable colleagues. Good cafeteria. Beautiful campus. Free transportation.

Dislikes

...d of 6 months. But was able to work only for a month due to a feud breaking out. Haven't been paid the salary for that period yet.
