...k life balance and your skills will deplete if you work in this company culture. For temporary salary requirement one can work here else this company is a bottom less well. All this is just only because of its management of higher officials. Rest aside its a good airlines.

Dislikes

I have mentioned it in the like column. No amenities for employees, even no coffee machine and you can have tea or coffee only twice a day. No cafeteria, no place to wash your lunchbox, most importantly neither soap nor washing powder nor cleaning brush is available for cleaning, no one cleans the office table, no Air Conditioning, and internet facility has never been so worse even in remote villages than in its offices. All computers used are with OS 7 windows with 2 GB RAM and MS office 2007. Even in my college I was using updated version which were licenced.

Teammates are supportive Job security is zero,work culture is satisfactory, Management is not transparent, & Company policy is worse.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is is slow there is a 2 year bond or fixed term employment before which you will fire due to politics.
