...here. Even though work life balance may get hampered you will succeed in career. Compensation might be a little less when compared to other companies. But things got changed when it got merged into visteon. Lot of cultural changes. Allgo has lost its charm people are working just to update something for the next day rather than working with attention and caring for details. Things would have been nice if there was no visteon in the picture. But the legacy will continue with the new company allgo vision founded by same the same founders.🙂

As a fresher one will acquire a great knowledge and growth in the company is very good if the performance is recognized by the management. Seniors are very supportive in the organization.

Very friendly environment and helpful seniors. It feels like family being there.

Dislikes

Management is worst. No prior planning for projects. They just concentrate on releasing the product to customer. Finally employees have to suffer because of short deadlines and high expectations by managers. And to meet the expectations you have to work overtime. No incentive for extra hours. Even the hike is too less.
