Company policy, delay in increment, branch ofc culture is like burra bazaar shop, where some employees are belong from more than 10 yrs and they thought this is their property.also there are so much politics, oiling..discriminization of female employees

...hey are leader in this market in all over India. Particular in X ray &CArm , DR. work Life balance, salary on time, Job security.. Products widely accepted by HCP.

Policies implementation , No skill development, There is no Incentive structure for sales people whatever Management decide all Sales guys have to accepted.

1.Politics 2.No promotions 3. Favoritism. 4. If you're telling your seniors for your promotions and increments then you will be treated as you're not good enough they will show you that single mistake you did years ago. 5. Upper management is unstable in policies, they don't know what they are doing, just experiment doing . 6. Job insecurity now a days because management is unstable and blame game is happening.

Being working in a team is very good. Work responsibilities make person staright and forward. Get to learn the in INDIAN MNC

There is a lots of politics. Salary is decent but professional and personally growth is none.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't our issues. Salary is not good. They use to exploit employees. Career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No Health Insurance provided by company.
