I have been working since 2012 but many senior come and gone but no one observing experience they count salary , they don't count experience,high salary high salary they says , some time feel so bad that there is no value of experience

Nice work environment and team mates are supportive for company and excellent management about all culture and it a a chill work place.company policies are quitgood enough and also everyone can learn system knowledge about company profile, company product etc.

allen solly is a good brand and management good too I've learnt so many things like systems inventory visual merchandising team work etc i wish to work again try to join this brand cuz you get good learning skills I've spent less than 2 years but it taught me a lot thing's aditya birla has lot of brands like louise philippe peter england van heusen etc but allen solly is the nice brand

company was quite good but growth is very slow I've spent 1& half year in same salary and there's also the extra shift we used to worked without extra pay they give very less amount for traveling I've spent 14 to 15 hours sometimes but they had never pay for that work pressure is very high no growth in 1 year no training by company but it taught me a lot things i appreciate allen solly for everything thing i wish to work again thanks i thanks at least they gave me best experience because of them I've got good opportunities i don't have any much feedback for Allen solly because there's nothing to write here and there's no words because company is quite good (and thanks for naukri.com too you're the best app ever )

I have learnt a lot from this Allen Solly store due to which I have become so interested that even if I give an interview in any other store, at least I will get a post as a Department Manager and salary increment as well.

In our Allen Solly store, new staff gets very good salary growth on hiring but for the old staff, the increment is almost negligible.

One of my fav brand . I never forget in my career .I proud to say that I worked in allensolly. Now I'm retail since 9 yrs nd allesolly was my 1st brand wer it helped me to learn so many things nd helped me to grow up in my career .always best
