...y worked with Young and enthusiastic team members. Work environment was good. Timely disbursement of salary. Transparent HR policy

If you are ambitious and want to climb up the company ladder fast, there is hardly any scope. I must add the fact that all the regular staff members have to wear uniform to work, which I personally do not approve of. The management might get a little too interfering. There is lack of freedom as a common curriculum is to be followed across all branches, this poses a lot of problems for faculties to strike a balance between organisation plan and student requirements

Not good company to work. Earlier it was good. Now no career here. They decrease the salary and work is too hectic.

Very Bad experience . Company always pressure his employee. No problem solving. No excuse. Only sale I never like this complaint.

...handed over to coax people who would only want people of their religion to grow. Sadly, the top management sitting at Kota and Bangalore doesn’t pay heed to employee grievances or well being. All they want is numbers and they openly tell you not to unnecessary week offs

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, no permanent week offs and long working hours at Digital Vertical. There are numerous reports of unhealthy internal religion biased politics that are detrimental to company and its employees health. There is lack of employee recognition and opportunities for the professional growing within the Allen Digital Vertical.

Initially things were good where we were able to think out of the box, give suggestions and help in strategizing.

Dislikes

... your hard work results in salary deductions in the name of "org restructuring". The people sitting at the top consider people's hard earned money and salary package as "Lotteries". No scope of learning and development.
