Regularly insulting and giving personal comments. Bcz of all these things people like me have faced anxiety issues

They do offer good package for freshers, but appraisal is something which you cannot expect here, job security is very low, they are forcing people to resign as they have really less clients or projects, this company doesn't appreciate good work.
