Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...niors by keeping mental pressure. For growth, again there will be partiality. After resigning from the firm, they will start mental torcher & will hold the salary, so this can also ruin employee life in all way. No one in the organisation will take the action against the Senior if they are wrong. Such kind of pressure create mental harassment & health issue like chest pain & sleep disorder. Also for sales person role like - filing the multiple forms in various version, just like data entry operator & another task is to follow up with factory team & purchase team. Just sort out all the times factory's issue & no growth in customer sales learning. HR team have no rights and further guts to take the action, if any thing goes wrong. Choose the opportunity wisely. If you are achiever no value for this, in this organisation.
