Be aware before joining this company as this company is a MNC but there actions are as equal to local companies. I was a employee of this company and I was under Abhishek Jain he was very good ASM but one day in our JC meeting we get to know that our ASM was forcefully terminated by our ZSM whose name is Adarsh Jha and our new ASM is Prakash Sha who as a human being is a very bad person had no humanity in him. In this company there no personal time. In national holidays, Sundays ASM ask for the target and how to achieve it. They can terminate any employee without any reason, any prior information and with immediate effect. Here the future is not at all secure. It is the worst company I have ever worked.

You don’t have freedom to work and develop your area, if you want to change any thing in your area , it is not possible to change . Internal politics and there is not job security,always be ready to fire by company. Worst experience to work here .

The ground level who is the backbone is not been taken care of. Also development and improvement gets restricted as you don't get to improvise on new thoughts. Money will make you happy but job satisfaction will wake you everyday.

... achievement awards, there has no scope of career growth. No logic of appraisal. Salary growth is negligible. Travel policies are not very clear. There has complete politics. Nothing has there to learn. Work environment is like hell. There has no innovation neither has scope of idea sharing. Work-life balance is critical in there.
