...er and all are wicked people. I have never seen such a worst company in my life. They don't pay the salary on time. They usually pay the salary on or after 15th of every month. No employee benefits like PF, Insurance, Paid leave, Sick leave, etc. Pathetic and Terrible company in the world

Had a very bad experience. No positive at all.

...rience. They treat employees like salves. No growth opportunities are available. No guarantee for the salary every month. They are not a registered company and there is no pf and esi. They will not do anything that they promise. Very bad food and transport. Very bad management and ops head. Gives the target that cannot be able to raach and hold our salaries. We totally 6 people upsconded at the same time. Also so many people have been upsconded. There is no agent who survive for atleast 1 year that much worst company I've ever seen.

I work with all area access solution Pvt Ltd as a Jr IT EXECUTIVE. It's was best organisation for freshers candidates. Because Company's Seniors behaviour is very good.

Overall It's a good Organisation. So I don't have any dislike in this organisation.

Likes

First thing that comes to my mind is a healthy work culture. The company allows us to grow from a junior level to Senior position in a years time if we are really good. In fact they make us good by giving us constructive feedback and upgrading our skills based on which department we wish to internally grow. Appreciation, value for our time and recognition is a key factor that drives me perform better. I see promising projects in the pipeline and framing the structure of the production helps me grow within the organization. Best place, zero politics and excellent career growth in short time.

They have given me no chance to complain. They take half yearly team reviews and work on executing results for mutual growth.

We can learn lot and working for sales campaigns is like a good experience and challenging , and people like who goes for morning college can join here as the shift timings are evening till 12.00 and will Have chances to participate in extra curricular activues !! Too for freshers it’s the best opportunity!!

Honestly speaking incentive structure should be framed according to the work so everyone can make money and also will get More production by end of the day to the business
