1. Salary on time. 2. Arbi managements are very polite, they are care of his bottom team.

Dislikes

1. Camp is too far from the work site. 2 . Genset dpartment behave with his employee like animals. 3. Specially indian people who have some power they are try to ruined the companie's culture. 4. Company provide very good benefits to his employee but its not reched to the bottom. 5. They voilate the government policies for working hours & holiday.

Excellent, amazing and fully safe working Environment, health insurance coverage good,all Employees get equal benefits after complete service at company's Tenure. I was worked for 19years+6Months.came home with all of My HRA+DA+PF benefit 100% given to Me.I pray to God Almighty let AL khoraef petroleum Flourish in Billions of Prosperity.. Ameen.

Dislikes

Only Age limit Rules are imposed through Management, I was with other 26 Employees Terminated due to Age discrimination & saudisation brought in action to reduce non Saudi/other nationallity out of AL khoraef petroleum But,with all clear service benefits. Thank God& 2B blessed with Prosperity.
