Salary adjustment, target has to be achieved from BU head to MR , every month one part of salary has to be contribute to the stockist for stocks lifting.

This is a big name in India and you get easily accepted by the customers, they also take care of their employee if not the best then definitely better than many other indian house.

the compensation benefits and working comfort is little compromised. the mid year KRA was done but it went without working out to be real feedback system,

I have joined for new division but in one year division has closed and many employees kicked out

Salary is Good Incentives are Good But You will get irritated Because of Plenty of Formats & unnecessary Feedback. No dought Company is GooD No Problem with that. But the Culture is Horrible

Plenty of unusual Formats. Group chat management is purely selfish and leg pulling managers. Bed languages during meetings and And most importantly Sale is Important no matter how you can achieve the Target
