I was with GLS for 2 years and I had a great time. Great work culture and professonalism. Flexible time (never completed 8:30 hrs of shift) 0 work load, canteen was okaish. People kept passing information 0 bottlenecks. The best company to join in your 40s-50s.

Dislikes

Retainers are treated like an outsider. Even after having great performance you won't get salary hike no appreciation and they won't even consider you to be on-roll for at least 5-6 years. I don't understand what is the mindset behind this. Company will be filled with old PPL. No wonder youngsters are resigning. Who's going to run company after few years if you keep ignoring the efforts of young talent. overall company is good but I think they really need to look after PPL who's putting real efforts. Some positions are filled with PPL who don't deserve it at all across all departments like my boss - a big ego poised middle aged man having no leadership quality . Even after completing few years he isn't familiarise with the system and haven't taken access of folders Have absolutely no idea what team members are actually doing and lacking knowledge.

Nothing to like anything. Poor management specially analytical department

No work life balance. Poor salary, no increment. Partiality in increment and promotions. Over work and manager don't want to understand or listen. Very egoistic person. Don't work and ruin your life. Saturday is off only on official paper but they will make you to work. They won't allow you to leave before 7.30 pm everyday on week days. Pathetic. Never join such organization.

I want say no more but yes Glenmark Life sciences is good company and he think many more for our employees .

I am working here previous near about 2 years but salary only 2 lacks so i want this year revised.

Work environment is toxic, You can't talk with colleagues since manager always have a watch on you You can't take leave otherwise manager don't like you You have to work all day like machine If you are free manager will alot faltu work
