- Bonus was not given in my entire career, (But got increments), But bonus makes us extra happy. but i didn't get it in 3 years here. But it was my personal experience. There are many peoples they have got it on time But not big but there was. For me when i got experienced, then covid hits. - Career development other than projects is very much less, we should take the initiative by ourself. - Not a big development for experienced but still there is depends on projects

HR Manager is a disappointment. Team lead is pathetic. Worst project manager . This project manager called Manoj is a complete idiot. Don't know how he got this job. He doesn't even know what is frontend and backend. Simply a waste fellow.

Flexible working hours and friendly collegues.We can learn new technologies.I found good company culture and work life balance here.

The main office of the company located in Thripunnithura which has low ambience compare to infopark office.

A very good organization to build your career and prepare yourself for the bigger challenges in the IT industry. It's led by people who have a vast experience and vision of the on-going and upcoming trends. A family like atmosphere where you are valued and seen as an asset rather than a resource.

Dislikes

I think there could be a bit more focus on growing the company to the next level in terms of diversification as well as funding.
