Align offers a good working environment. Friendly culture and a lot of learnings if one is willing to take it. Job security is good enough. Rest worklife balance is good.

The only bad point about the place is that the management does not know anything about employee retention, fringe benefits , honest communication or increments and growth.

The tame mates should be more result oriented. They must believe in the vision of the organization.
