In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Job security is nil, any fine morning u can be sacked, no legal compliance for expirates, salary is not as per commitment, two different contracts are signed one for ministry and one for actual payment. Overtime is deducted by director unnecessary, pond wise foolish company. Don't like to follow laws, good employees leave early. Within two years. I was forced to sign bond of two years after nine months of joining Or go back to your natives. I resigned and came back. Another employee work for 6 yeras was not allowed to leave. He went to indian embassy than his passport relesed. So let only malyali labourer work there.

Dislikes

Company has dectatorship. Laws are oy for Omanis. Indian are badly treated. Don't join third gade company. Ye to jakat me bhi chori Karti h, medical expey me bhi chori Karti h.
