I recently has a highly disappointing experience working at BytesView. It became evident that the managers in this company possess a complete disregard for honesty, integrity, and fair treatment of employees. There is no hierarchy, only two people who are the co-founder don't know how to become a boss and run a company, they are driven solely by selfish motives and engage in ruthless office politics, creating a toxic work environment when the time comes for an employee to get the appraisal. One of the most concerning aspects is the company's practice of terminating employees without any prior notice or warning. To make matters worse, managers pressure employees into resigning, intentionally denying them their rightful benefits as per company policies. This manipulative tactic showcases their utter lack of empty and respect for their workforce. I strongly advise potential job seekers to exercise caution before considering employment with BytesView. You will get hired as an intern with low pay but you will work with a lot of tasks after a while with the same pay. Here, you only have to take a lunch break otherwise don't go anywhere with anybody because the managers don't like any employee to talk to another employee. They will like you till when you only work for them and just forget yourself, your personal work, and your life. ONLY EMPLOYEE WITH LESS PAY AND GOOD WORK CAN SURVIVE IN THIS COMPANY.

If you are fresher in any field seniors will guide and help you initially and they won't create any kind of burden on you. Hr is also so polite they'll explain every policies to you.

Monthly presentation leaves are very less
