Not good in any aspect...I would suggest applicants to think twice before you join this company, make sure to set your mind that you will be a slave but not an employee ...!! This company is run by unprofessional leaders, sometime back leaders were loaders and merchandisers and today's GM ..please judge yourself about the quality of the company ...and this goes same with salesman ....onetime office boy is today's salesman lol... This is the quality of alfardan stores wll Qatar, and their is also an other position here which you will not find in any other companies that is called "Company ka kahas admi", he basically a messanger of this generation who collects information of employees and gives it to management and he is paid for that and he is officially called marketing manager ...!!

Nothing good.. internal audit department very weak in benefit, no telephone allowance, no good increments, less salary than market, boss is very bad, you job always at risk, they may fire anytime, dont join if you want better future for urself and for family.

Hi, i am vinod... i was working in this company since last two years, it was greatful journey.... was nice experience to work in gulf country. I learnt new things, new technologies from there. it helps me to grow my carrier in automobile industries. .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometime.

Absolutely nothing!! My Department is managed by a peraon completely out of touch with all his managers, except the ones bowing down to him. Only those managers are "taken care of" and advancement opportunities are absolutely zero! My manager has absolutely no understanding of my field of expertice and therefore shows no interest in any of my department's operations!!

Dislikes

My team is the absolute best but is also suffering from higher managent' s lack of appreciation, politics within the company, lack of funds approved for training, career advancement or bonus schemes!! Even getting a budget for government related neccesities is a struggle!!

Working in Alfardan Premier motors is very fortune because we become highly profiled within the society. Job security and work culture is preciously maintained and I am still happy to work with Alfardan.

Dislikes

I love Alfardan Premier Motors because it provides all necessities to each employees accordingly. Though the ownership is very admirable some politics between management may put lower employees in trouble.
