Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

There is good environment and culture. Teammates and management are supportive. Company policies are good I have started work with this company after completion my PD-PMT 4yr course in 2013 and learnt here lots of things I never gave up from challenges and development molds for Automobile sector-Bajaj, Honda, MSIL, Mother-son, Suzuki, JLR, Audi, BDW, Mercedes-Benz, etc. (Local & overseas) For Electrical companies - Schneider, Luminous, Bajaj, Kent etc For Medical Sector - Ronsons Agra (Group company) So I like technical improvement in myself day by day.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow and trainings not given to newly joined.
