It's nice to work in ALF Zaheerabad Plant, peace work culture, job security, and friendly work environment, but need to compromise in salary its very low range. Canteen Facility,

low salary range, no skill development opportunities, no other technical training & personality development programs, no standard system, no discipline between seniors and juniors, unskilled HODs are in Prdn, Quality, Purchase, HR. No bus facility from Local place.

Lots of things to learn, wherever you join you are only responsible person for all the mistakes even not done by you,Your upper management make you feel like that you are the criminal even when you are not guilty. But if you did any good thing then its not you here your Reporting manager who did it.😂

System follow only in documents. Actual no any safety related precautions in whole industry, safety incidents where operator even loose their body parts are easily neglected because of contractual manpower.
