Job and personal details are at risk due to careless colleagues and management. your personal details, salary, and all confidential information will be shared with any random person/outsider. and management and directors are least bothered about it—a totally frustrating experience in this organization. Some of colleagues are not very productive and they enjoy playing matchmaker. They often connect people of opposite genders by pairing. If you leave on time, management will target you during meetings. Management schedules too many meetings after working hours and stops employees from leaving for even small tasks. in year 5-day holiday. total useless.
