Overall work culture is very good with a 100% WFH facility. No salary cuts in the pandemic, instead company gave promotions, increments, and started giving away gifts on the special days such as birthday and anniversary to keep the moral high of its employees.

I like everything about the workplace, colleagues are understanding and friendly, HR is easily reachable, any query or concern is immediately addressed, Individual's problems or issues are handled with high EQ. I like working at Alepo

You have free hands to work on production system and it increases your knowledge, handle multiple technologies is a plus point, Rest it is good and increment is decent since small company your work gets noticed and based on that you get your increment.

Alepo is the best company for me to work with, I am very glad as I was a part of Alepo, I got placed as a QA Engineer but because of my development skills my manager Mr. Amit Jain Sir shifted me in development and always appreciated me for my goods and taught me whenever I was not right, helped me a lot in my official and personal life, I always had many learning opportunities, I learnt so many things during my work, Alepo always gives you sufficient time to learn and work, they keep searching for making their products best. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has global client base. Colleagues are awesome, they are always ready to help each other. Always comfortable to work with other teams of different departments. Finance, HR, etc. all those departments are transparent and really helpful. No fake promises from management. Company parties and celebrations are always memorable for me. Flexible timings, casual attire, work from home, compensatory offs etc. are some policies which shows company cares for its employees. Increments are good based on your performance. Overall "If I get another opportunity to work with Alepo then I can never resist" - this statement describes everything.

This is not a company. This a Kirana Shop. The owner comes one day in a year and he just decides to fire entire team-even when the team has delivered more than expected

They fire 1 complete team every year-without proper reason. even when the team is delivering more than expected, still they fire entire team.
